"I had a wonderful experience with Ted Kiesling State Farm and I will be the first to tell you that Tammi is GREAT. HOWEVER! After being insured by them for almost 15 years (my ex and I had our mortgage through them and many vehicles over the years). After splitting up with my ex I kept them. Still loyal. I recently closed on a home on October 9th and was excited to use them. They agreed to be my insurance upon closing. My mortgage includes 30,000 worth of repairs to include new siding and repairing a DETACHED garage roof a tree bench fell on. I didn’t even have power to the home due to a new service being put in until mid Nov. and was living elsewhere. Just before thanksgiving, Tammi calls me and says (on the day we got all the snow btw) that if the siding and roof isn’t done before Dec. 14 that I’m going to be dropped. When I explained they knew of my contract before closing that my contractor had until April 9th but was already in the middle of doing the siding but likely couldn’t even get the roofing materials ordered by Dec 14th she told be to send the contract and she would look into it. On Dec 9 Tammi calls me and says they didn’t care. That I would be dropped Dec. 14th WELL….Bye…. What a terrible business practice for people trying to get homes and make it!"
